Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule please contact us at least 12 hours prior to your booked appointment. Please note our no-refund policy for cancelled or missed appointments. Reschedule requests received less than 12 hours before your scheduled appointment may incur a charge of 50% of your service fee.
