​Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a specific Remedial Massage treatment that stimulates and clears the lymphatic drainage channels and lymph nodes. Very gentle pressure is applied in this deeply relaxing therapy. I use a combination of Australian and Brazilian Lymphatic Massage techniques. MLD reduces fluid retention or swelling, helps the immune system, and supports recovery from injury, surgery and illness (please obtain clearance from your medical provider). *Please be aware that 60-90 mins is required for full-body MLD treatment. 30 mins is suitable for partial body treatment such as legs only or arms, neck and face. If you need to reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Reschedule requests received less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment may incur a charge of 50% of your service fee. Please note our no-refund policy for missed appointments.
